How does the pre-order system work?

Our pre-order system allows you to reserve items before they are available in stock.

You will be notified as soon as your pre-ordered items are ready for shipment.

When will my items be shipped?

Orders placed before each Thursday will be shipped on the weekend of the same week.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments via credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

All transactions are secure.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped.

Do you offer international delivery?

Currently, we offer fast delivery throughout France and we plan to expand our services internationally in the near future.

What are the delivery fees?

Delivery fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location.

How can I return an item?

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to return an item. It must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

When will I be refunded after returning an item?

Refunds are processed within 30 days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Why the name AFROVENGERS?

The founders have African origins, and « VENGERS » represents the idea of a comeback against life’s challenges. The name « AFROVENGERS » was born from a group that trained together at the gym. The founder and the members all shared a positive vision of life and are committed to spreading positive vibes around them. The founder owned the company afrovengers to sell clothes which combine their values and current styles in sportswear, casual and streetwear.
